Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• General Expenses entries with checking invoices in Japanese/English for payment processing
• Travel & Entertainment claim check (Japanese) and processing for posting and payment
• Reconcile credit card statements to expense claims incl. follow-ups with employees in Japan
• Other Accounts Payable related tasks
• Accounts Receivable related tasks (Cash receipt and cash application)
Qualification:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounyts Payable
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Good mathematic skills and ability to spot numerical error
• Ability to read Japanese language at business level is required, and ability to speak Japanese language is a plus
