To assist the Finance Officer in performing all the finance related activities.
1. Vendors payment after authorization
2. Prepare the monthly budget for the following:
· Salary
· Loan
· EB
· Fuel
· Material Purchase
· Other sundry expenses
1. Proper record maintenance of all the receipts and payments.
2. Handling bank transactions.
Ensure that the payments are made on a periodical basis with authorization
