Job Description
• Person should preferably be Commerce graduate and preferably with professional background - CA Inter / final. He should preferably have some working experience in e-filing tax matters.
• Should be well conversant with basic Direct tax law provisions and should have handled filing of compliances / tax returns under E-filing etc.
• Should be well conversant with TDS provisions under various tax sections and applicability of the same for Individuals / Companies etc.
• Should be able to English communicative in drafting Letters for day to matters to Banks, Investment advisors etc.
Taxation and MD Associates Matters
• Calculation of Advance tax, Preparation of tax computation.
• Preparation of Accounts in Tally (MD Associates and two Pvt ltd company).
• Preparation of Cheques, statements details required on day-to-day basis.
• Preparation and filling of IT returns for all kinds (Individual, trust, companies, etc.),
• Managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations related to taxation and accounting activities.
• Prepare statement required at the time of statutory Audit like Deff. tax computation, tax computation, MAT computation etc.
• Preparation and handling of Tax Audit and Transfer pricing Audit, SFT reports.
• Calculation payment of TDS, TCS and filing of TDS TCS Returns, filing of Revised TDS returns, online TDS corrections etc.
• Attending to notices and intimations from tax department collect information from relevant department and preparation of draft written submissions.
• Filling of Appeal with CIT(A), ITAT etc.
• Preparation and filing of Form 15CA and coordinate with tax consultant for 15CB.
• Maintaining and updating the tax database with the current tax laws and regulations.
• Researching new tax laws and regulations and providing guidance to the organization on their implications.
