We’re looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as an Accountant & Marketing Assistant. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across finance, marketing, and business analytics — ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small, dynamic team where every contribution counts.
You’ll handle core accounting functions using Tally, assist in day-to-day marketing activities with tools like Canva, and get exposure to creative problem-solving using business data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using Tally
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
• Handle daily bookkeeping, billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in preparing financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets
Marketing & Analytics Duties
• Design engaging visuals and promotional content using Canva
• Support social media and basic digital marketing tasks
• Create marketing reports and track campaign performance
• Contribute to business analysis using Excel and simple dashboards
• Help brainstorm creative ideas for brand visibility and growth
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in accounting; marketing/design interest or exposure preferred
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Canva
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical thinking
• A self-starter who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small company environment
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with basic marketing tools
• Interest or experience in business intelligence and performance tracking
• Comfort in using PowerPoint, Google Sheets, or similar tools for presentations
