Responsibilities
Accountant is expected to maintain accurate financial records and provide valuable support for informed financial decision-making
Maintain general ledger, booking journal entries and performing monthly closing activites
Compiling and Reviewing Financial Statements
Inspect accounting records for accuracy & consistency
Support AP & AR functions in cash application and reconcilations
Coordinating with AP and AR team to maintain vendor and customer database
Booking and managing month end accruals
Coordinate customer invoicing and effectively communicating with other functions in resolving aging receivables
Performing monthly account reconcilations
Supporting inventory counts and reconcilations
Maintaining asset registers and tracking capital investments
Interface with and supporting external auditors
Management reporting
Managing issuing of 1099 for vendors
Other projects or responsibilities as assigned
Job description
Accountant

Accountant is expected to maintain accurate financial records and provide valuable support for informed financial decision-making. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

· 2 years experience in accounting/bookkeeping (manufacturing experience preferred)

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks

· Experience of working in an ERP environment (Preferred)
