Lead Strategic Finance Skills :- High level of technical financial competency including analysis & reporting
• High degree of numerical data analysis skills, advance excel, financial modeling & power point presentation skills.- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxationExposure Required :- Exposure of financial modelling- Data driven decision making including analysis of financial statements- Merger & Acquisitions including closure of takeover activities- Investment structuring- Divestment of assets preferredKey Deliverables :- Undertaking range of advanced strategic financial forecasting, data analysis and reporting
• Build and maintain financial models to support capital investment proposals
• Critically evaluate new growth capital investment proposals and partner with business teams in providing constructive and robust data, information analysis to take appropriate decisions
• Undertaking analysis & execution of Capital restructuring initiatives at overall company level
• Undertaking M&A activities of the CompanyBehavioral Attributes :- Able to communicate complex financial issues to Senior Management, non-financial managers
• Well-developed interpersonal skills including influencing & persuading and being able to come up with alternative perspective
