Full Job Description
We would like to introduce our company as the manufacturers of Industrial Lubricants / Oils under the make "EXCEL" which our product goes in different types industries to run their machines / processes.
We are looking to hier female candidate, who has a sound / good knowledge in accounting field and knows how to file GST return. Knows how to work on Tally software. Other colleague ll train / guide the candidate at the initial stage about how to go with company system or you can also contribute your work experience / knowledge towards the said work.
Knows how to email to client / make purchase order for suppliers.
Maintain petty cash / Make cash voucher.
Knows how to work on Excel Sheet / Word.
Make outstanding statement of debtors & creditors.
Other related admin work.
One colleague will help the canditate / train the candidate. But it depends on candidate how they pick up things fast.
Office hours is from 10: 00 am - 6 : 15 pm (Monday - Friday) & 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (Saturday). Sunday is weekly off.
We are ready to pay more if candidate work is good.
