Sr. Executive / Executive – Accounts & Audit at Mid size CA firm
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree, Inter CA
• With 1-5 years of experience in the same department
Salary : 12000 – 15000 per month
Industry
Preferably Banking & Finance Industry
JOB DESCRIPTION
• The Finance Executive will be looking after Accounts Payable area including Reconciliation and Payments.
• Coordinating with the team on daily basis to reconcile daily payment and updating the same in respective vendor ledger Account.
• Preparing Financials and monthly MIS (i.e. TDS,Audit report, Payment report etc).
• Practical knowledge in preparing GST working and Returns.
• Monthly purchase reconciliation and booking in the system.
• Coordinating internal and external financial audits and reviews as required.
• Coordinate with the Tax team and provide support in tax return filings
• Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance department activities.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Detail oriented and organized; strong planning and prioritization abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
• Working knowledge of Tally will be preferred.
