Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing timely financial reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax records.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and financial reports.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve discrepancies.
Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices in accounting.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or any graduate.
Tally compulsory
0-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
