Default is rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Accountant who would be responsible to oversee and support the finance and accounting department by efficiently executing day-to-day tasks with solid attention to detail. In addition, this role will utilize strong accounting knowledge, analytical abilities, and proficiency in using online accounting software. Primary Responsibilities:
To assist and support the organization in carrying out the responsibilities based on a day-to-day, monthly, and yearly operations of accounting.
To perform end-to-end responsibilities for processing and recording payables, receivables, and other key business areas.
To work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of management and employees.
To ensure timely compliance under Income Tax Act, GST, and other regulations.
Requirements
Experience: 2-4 Years
Strong understanding and a good grasp of accounting concepts.
Must have experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns.
Excellent understanding of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Employee Provident Fund (EPF) filings.
Must be proficient with Tally data entry and other accounting tools.
Should be well versed with computer accounting software and MS Excel.
