As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Tally Software and Zoho Books, excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and a background in the garments industry. Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using Tally Software and Zoho Books
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely recording of transactions
Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis using Tally and Zoho Books
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Provide support during audits and liaise with auditors
Stay updated with Tally Software and Zoho Books enhancements and features
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven work experience as an Accountant, preferably within the garments industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
Proficiency in using Tally Software and Zoho Books for financial management
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills
