both remotely and in-office. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing financial

Key Responsibilities:
1.Financial Records Management:
•Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
•Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
2.Account Reconciliation:
•Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
•Identify and resolve discrepancies and variances.
3.Financial Reporting:
•Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis.
•Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
4.Tax Compliance:
•Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
•Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
5.Budget Management:
•Assist in the development and management of budgets.
•Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
6.Audit Support:
•Prepare financial data and documents for audits.
•Collaborate with auditors during the audit process.
7.Vendor and Client Communication:
•Maintain communication with vendors and clients regarding financial matters.
•Address inquiries and resolve financial issues.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
•Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
•Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
•Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
