• Prepare regular financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Work closely with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.
• Vendor Management:
• Manage vendor accounts, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function, leveraging Zoho Books functionalities.
