Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the preparation of process scoping documents with relevant stakeholders and work efficiently to ensure the transition plan of the processes to COE is sustainable and successful
• Knowledge of GAAP / Accounting Standard. US GAAP knowledge is preferred
key process areas include:
• Month End close financial reporting for Global standalone Entities per defined timelines
• Balance sheet account reconciliations and substantiation per defined timelines
• Monthly Validation of Trial Balance for Global Standalone entities across multiple systems
• Able to compile Statutory Financial Statements and coordinate with various Audit Queries received
• Any other ad hoc GL reporting / recons as per requirements
Key skills:
• Oracle, SAP, Adaptive, Workiva and Blackline experience preferred
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Ability to work accurately, Independently, Timely manner
• Prior experience of performing account reconciliations, preferably in offshoring model.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
• Team player
• Process transition experience (Desired)
• Public accounting experience preferred
Education:
• CA (INTER)/ CA Qualified with at least 0-4 years of work experience
