Adreso is on the lookout for an Manager - Accounts to join a thriving real estate firm in South Goa. Are numbers your forte? Do you make compelling presentations? If you excel in balancing sheets with proficiency in Tally 9-ERP and MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, we want to hear from you!
What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience with a degree in BCom or CA (inter).
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects for the organization.
• Experience in budget preparation, analyzing funds inflow and outflow, performing BOQ preparation, and negotiating rates.
• Possess strong verbal communication skills and the ability to create impactful presentations.
• Proven expertise in independently handling GST, PF, ESI, TDS, etc.
• Adequate experience in financial record preparation, bookkeeping, and maintenance.
• Ability to manage petty cash, compute salaries, scrutinize payments, and reconcile bank statements.
• Familiarity with bill checking related to construction expenditure and interior finishes.
• Capability to manage the procurement of construction materials and internal finishes.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficiency in Softwares like Tally 9-ERP, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
