Job Description:
Must have min 3 to 5 years of experience in Restaurant Accounting or a similar field.
Food and Beverage Services and Restaurant/Hotel industry preferred
Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoice.
Purchase & Expenses, Labor bills enter in Grow Smart & TALLY with (GST, TDS, and ESIC, Advance payment adjustment)
Maintaining Creditor (Advance payment & invoice)
MIS Reporting monthly as required by Management.
Preparing cheque for vendor payment.
Solving payment related & GST related queries of suppliers.
Timely ledger reconciliation, debtor's follow-up, and creditors management
Checking of A/R & A/P invoices generated by the Ops team.
Credit & Debit note generation
Sales reporting
Have experience in managing large volume of transactions
