Job Description
Position : Accounts Executive (Male/ Female) (1 Nos):
Job Description:
a) Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
b) Handling day-to-day accounting
c) Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
d) Handling all banking related works
e) Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
f) Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
g) Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
h) Handling petty cash
Other Details:
a) Fixed Salary with TA and mobile phone extra.
b) Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent
c) Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel & MS Power point.
d) Experience of 2-3 years is a must. If it happens to be a related field, it will be even better.
e) Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
