Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant at Swirepay. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Financial planning, MIS reports, and revenue recognition are major focuses. This role is based in Santa Clara, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Bookkeeping skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting and industry standards.
• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports, budgets, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the payment industry preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Relevant Work experience of about 5 plus years
