About
A small family owned business is looking to add a dynamic individual to our team! MUST have experience running manual payroll and payroll tax reporting as well as multiple entities,
Duties
• Payroll Processing and Employee Onboarding
• Knowledge of Payroll laws and general timekeeping
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Payroll Taxes
• Payables Processing
• Journal Entries
• GL Ledger
• Full Financials
• Accurate Bank Reconciliations
• Revenue Reconciliation
• Familiar with financial report generation and have a general understanding of information contained in reporting.
• Year end prep, including W2 and 10++ filings
• Detail oriented
• Organized and Adaptable
• Able to work independently, after the initial training period
• An effective communicator
• Must be comfortable interfacing with residents
• Must be comfortable interfacing with owners and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Training onsite managers in rent collection
• Sage Software- Preferred.
