- Advanced MS Office skills (MS Office & MS Excel)
- Experience in Tally and other accounting software’s
- Knowledge of Indian accounting practices and taxation laws.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one other regional language
- Assists senior accountants with all financial operations.
- Be able to communicate and work with Indian authorities (like IT department, GST Department, etc.) for company-related work.
- Summary report to government authorities whenever required.
- Do the necessary proceedings for the company with government norms and have good repo.
- Compiles weekly and monthly financial statements and reports.
- Prepares and analyzes balance sheets.
- Makes journal entries.
- Handles the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Manages accounts payable and receivables.
- Uses popular financial software.
- Collaborates with other members of the finance team.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Adheres to finance laws and regulations.
