Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and software proficiency in Tally, Tally ERP, GST, and SAP. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally and Tally ERP. • Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management. • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns. • Assist with GST reconciliation and compliance. • Stay updated on changes in GST regulations and implement necessary adjustments. • Assist with internal and external audits. • Prepare audit schedules and support documentation. • Address audit findings and implement recommendations. • Conduct variance analysis to explain financial performance. • Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements. • Provide financial insights to support decision-making. • Utilize SAP for financial reporting and analysis. • Extract and analyze data from SAP for management reporting. • Ensure proper integration between Tally/Tally ERP and SAP systems. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting or related field. • Proficiency in Tally ERP for bookkeeping and recordkeeping. • Strong knowledge of GST regulations and compliance. • Experience with SAP for financial reporting and analysis. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
