Job Description
Responsible for the disbursement of payroll and facilitating of Departmental vendor payment packaging. Reviews invoices to determine documents are complete, accurate and reconciled. Prints claim schedules and prepares them for submission to the State Controller’s Office. Maintains an accurate tracking log of claim schedules printed and submitted by State Controllers Office.
