Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with knowledge of US IT Staffing accounting to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial aspects of our US IT Staffing operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. You will also work closely with our US-based accounting team in CST Timezone (8-5PM) to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all financial operations of our US IT Staffing operations, including book keeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with US GAAP accounting standards.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions for our US operations.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts for our US operations.
• Work closely with our US-based accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all US tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions for our US operations.
• Provide financial analysis to management to support business decisions.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Experience with US accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
