Overview: Join our team at Bures & Associates as an Accountant Level 2! We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional with a strong background in accounting and tax. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in financial management and proficiency in industry-standard software such as QuickBooks, Excel, Drake, and Practice Solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Prepare income tax returns.
• Collaborate with internal teams on joint projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and tax.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Drake, and Practice Solutions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
