Whether it be through used equipment auctions, equipment brokerage and consignment, or outright equipment sales, our team of used equipment professionals ensures maximum returns on customers' used equipment assets.
As a rapidly growing industry leader in the sale of pre-owned biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and laboratory equipment, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AP/Accounting Assistant to join our team. The AP/Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, and will apply these traits to the accounting & finance function of the company.
Requirements
• Experience processing a minimum of 50+ invoices per week
• Ability to assist with the month-end close process and support the accounting team as needed
• Experience or ability to handle data entry for tax codes into CRM software (Salesforce)
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (AccountingSeed preferred)
• Experience processing 100 sales invoices per week, increasing to 100+ during online auctions
• Month-End Close / GL Accounting experience
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
