Asahi Intecc USA, Inc. is looking for an Accountant.
Job Responsibilities:
Process payments and record expenses by receiving, verifying and reconciling invoices.
Process reimbursements with Concur expense system.
Reconcile balances with affiliated companies.
Process bank wire or ACH payments into the system.
Bank Reconciliations.
Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual book closing.
Assist sales and use tax filings.
Assist federal, states and other governmental filings and reports.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualification Requirements:
· BS or BA degree in Accounting
· 2 - 3 years of accounting experiences
Knowledge in MS Office, including Excel
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
General analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
General communication, organization, and time management skills
May require overtime and occasional holidays
Physical demands and abilities:
Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
Regularly spend long hours in intense concentration reviewing and entering financial information into a computer
Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects
Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
Regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand
Regularly understand the speech of another person
Frequently work in on projects that require deadlines
Frequently bend to file and maintain files
Occasionally lift 10-15 pounds

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
