Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This position will be based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and will report to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including tax and accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare and file all necessary tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
• Maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, Quickbooks, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GST and Income Tax Laws.
