Job Description
• Prepare and manage the company’s annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and working capital.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management.
• Develop strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including billing, accounts payable, receivables, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Track project-wise costing and revenues.
• Monitor project budgets vs actuals and provide variance analysis.
• Work closely with project teams to monitor real estate development costs, collections, and profitability.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain all financial records in accordance with legal and company requirements.
