Job description
Finance Manager
Join our team as a Finance Manager to drive financial excellence in plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements for plant operations, including production costs, material usage, and overhead expenses.
• Maintain standard cost systems, analyze cost variances, and monitor direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
• Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and controls, as well as track fixed assets, including depreciation and capital expenditures (CapEx).
• E nsure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.) and company policies, conducting audits and implementing internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies.
• Work closely with plant managers, production teams, and procurement to provide financial insights and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cost accounting, plant accounting, or manufacturing finance.
• Technical skills in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems; Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
