We are seeking an entry-level Accounting Assistant to perform various tax preparation, accounting and bookkeeping tasks. The responsibilities include data entry of tax information into tax software and entry of bank and credit card transactions into accounting software.
Responsibilities:
Assist with tax return preparation.
Data entry of bank and credit card transactions into accounting software.
Assist in preparation of sales and payroll tax returns.
Assist with bank reconciliation.
Be able to communicate with Cantonese and English clients.
Skills:
Cantonese (Elementary proficiency required).
Attentive to client needs.
Friendly and positive client service.
Quick and accurate data entry.
Ability to learn new software.
Attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Well-organized.
Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
