Job Description
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Assist sales with creating sales estimates from submitted orders
Assist logistics with order packing slips
Issue invoices to customers
Complete forms and supporting documentation for new vendors
Support Marketing with billing inquiries and refunds
Manage the master database and create new SKUs and barcodes for products
Support sales with registration of events and travel arrangements
Prepare periodic royalty reports for licencing agreements
Prepare monthly donation / seeding report
Support in the collection of receipts for monthly visa statements
Carries out additional responsibilities as needed to support team and company goals
Qualifications / Skills
● An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; however, equivalent years of relevant experience will be considered
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Experience with QBO is an asset
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
