Are you secretly a numbers geek but also creative & into fashion and design? Well perfect! We are looking for YOU! Goodmerch Supply and our sister company, Bikinibird are looking for an individual who can assist us supporting our CFO & with numbers analysis and general office fun.
What will you do?
• Have a lot of fun and learn a ton with a killer team!
• Work closely with our CFO in processing daily accounting transactions.
• Administrative Support for the CFO and President.
• Work closely with the accounting team as backup in case they are out.
• Work on various projects related to accounting or process enhancements to improve our efficiencies.
• Support our Bikinibird Team by compiling reports to analyze trends in the marketplace and analyze inventory quantities.
• Assist in general office admin tasks as needed.
• Support the team to ensure we have a safe, clean, organized working environment.
• Take ownership of the task at hand. Be creative with solutions and have a positive attitude.
• Willing and able to answer phones as needed.
Knowledge, skills and abilities you MUST possess:
• Be an independent self-starter, with a confident, professional attitude and work ethic.
• Possess strong time management and organizational skills; Be calm under pressure, reliable.
• Be able to work in a time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
• Analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues and create solutions.
• Display a high level of CURIOSITY with a focus on generating results.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through skills are of the highest importance.
• Must love Excel. Beginner level is OK if there is a desire to grow and learn.
• Experience with Quickbooks Online is a plus
• Ecommerce or Shopify experience a plus
Part-Time 20-25 hours per week.
