Key responsibilities include processing vendor bills, reconciling statements, recording payments, and providing backup support for accounting tasks
Process vendor bills and reconcile supplier statements
Record customer payments and reconcile credit card receipts
Assist with timesheet data entry for payroll processing
Provide backup support for invoices, payroll, and bank deposits
