We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for our Administrative Team at Hanjin Intermodal America, Inc. at Los Angeles, California.
Responsibilities
Controlling the payment schedules
Processing daily payments by ACH, wire, and check for vendors and in office expenses
Monitoring bank withdrawal records of all US bank accounts and reconciling with book records
Recording expense and payments in ERP
Preparing daily bank reconciliation and reporting it to the Accounting Manager
Other additional duties that may be assigned from time to time by the manager.
Skills
Previous AP or Quick Book experience (recommended)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
English and Korean bilingual (strongly preferred)
