Multinacional de referencia no mercado esta a reforçar a sua equipa financeira com um Accounting Assistant.

Descrição

-Recolha de facturas para verificar a exactidão/autorização adequada e a conformidade com as políticas da empresa;

-Apoio em tarefas contabilísticas;

-Apoio no fecho mensal (incluindo a consolidação de subsidiárias e reconciliações de contas intercompanhia);

-Apoio nas auditorias e fecho de caixa;

-Elaboração de reportes financeiros;

-Coordena diversos relatórios financeiros de acordo com os requisitos estabelecidos;

-Apoio na introdução de dados financeiros e na manutenção de registos para manter as bases de dados financeiras precisas.

Perfil ideal

-Formação académica em Contabilidade, Fianças ou Gestão;

-Experiência em funções similares;

-Conhecimentos de SAP (é um plus);

-Conhecimentos de Fiscalidade (é um plus);

-Bom domínio de Excel;

-Bom domínio do inglês;

-Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;

-Atenção ao detalhe e capacidade de cumprir prazos;

-Proatividade e sentido de responsabilidade.
