We are seeking an Accounting Associate to support our finance team with a focus on accounts receivable and treasury management. This role will be responsible for monitoring receivables, handling exceptions, managing system setups to ensure efficiency and compliance, and assisting with treasury-related activities as needed. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to supporting the team.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Invoice Management
Partner with the Asia transactional team to ensure accurate and timely accounts receivable processing.
Monitor AR transactions and customer payments, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.
Investigate and resolve exceptions, including outstanding payments and billing discrepancies.
Work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and compliance in the invoice-to-pay cycle.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Contribute to the development and standardization of best practices for AR workflows.
Treasury Management
Support cash management and liquidity reporting activities.
Assist with bank account administration, including signatory and access maintenance.
Participate in banking due diligence and onboarding processes.
Process electronic funds transfers and wire payments.
Maintain banking portal access, ensuring accurate user administration.
Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards One) or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation/Benefits:
The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $65,000.00, which can vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
