West Coast Robotics is a leading specialist in robotics technology that serves the dairy industry in BC. We are passionate about helping dairy farmers improve their operations through the use of state of the art robotics technology. West Coast Robotics is the gold standard in dairy automation. We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
The Position
This is an opportunity to work in a state of the art facility in the Fraser Valley. Our new location and picturesque working environment will leave you inspired and excited to come to work every day.
Some of your duties will include:
Accounts payable transactions
Account receivable transactions
Communicating with customers
Reconciliations
Maintaining filing systems
General administrative tasks
Assist with other accounting transactions as required
Special projects
About You
This position will suit you if you have the following:
At least 1 to 3 years' experience in an accounting clerk or administrative role in a comparable organization with exposure to AP and AR
ERP software knowledge is an asset
Intermediate to advanced level MS Office experience including MS Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook
A passion for technology
High level of detail
Ability to grasp changing needs
An exceptional work ethic - you never, ever say "this is not in my job description"!
Well-developed communications skills
You love finance!
