In this position you be task with Researching to resolve short and long term promotional deals per the division aging report. This includes billing, gains transfers, prior gain analysis, etc. Perform aging analysis at the beginning of every new period to identify deals that have a large dollar loss to ensure funds are recovered in a timely matter. Prepare weekly and period balancing schedules to ensure financial data reported on the Trade Funds report are as accurate and current as possible. Research vendor repay requests on deals previously reconciled to assist in resolving disputes. Assist in period end close process to ensure reconciled deals fall off the aging report
• High School Diploma
• 2 years of Accounting and Finance experience (or subsequent college degree)
• Experience with PeopleSoft, SCP, SCM, DemandTec, Excel and Access preferred
• Proven experience reconciling financial data
