• 2 to 5 years accounting practice billing & invoicing experience
• Strong excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, formatting, sorting, sum, etc)
• Ability to clearly communicate with partner team
• Organized, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills a must
• Customer service oriented
• Data entry skillset
• Ability to calculate and reconcile
• Ability to meet daily, weekly, monthly deadlines
• Candidates from consulting background preferred
