Proficient in Company Revenue Recognition
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field required
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding analytical and time management abilities
Up-to-date with current financial and accounting regulations and laws
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information

Robert Half is seeking an individual who can oversee the daily operations of a shared services team (10 direct reports), maintain the accuracy of financial records, and ensure accurate revenue recognition per ASC606. Key duties include managing the month-end close process, coordinating with business units, reconciling accounts, managing cash collections, calculating sales commissions, and enhancing process transparency. This is a hybrid schedule, 2 days/week in office, and is bonus eligible.
