Seeking an Accounting Manager in Greater Fort Wayne! We need and are actively interviewing experienced Accounting Professionals to support the immediate organizational needs of our client. This position involves the management and oversight of accounting staff, financial reporting, payroll, budget preparation and collaboration with finance professionals across multiple divisions, accuracy and record keeping and is a vital role in the seamless operation of our team!
Daily Essential Functions
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency through the accounting staff
• Coordinate budget process and monitor financial forecasts
• Prepare financial statements through ledger entry review and reconciliations
• Assess financial risks and develop strategies with leadership team to mitigate risks
Best Fit
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance
• Familiarity with accounting software (Quickbooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Experience and knowledge in accounting standards, regulatory and policy standards
• Strong communication and attention to detail
