About You: We are looking for an Accounting Manager who will manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

Essential Functions
• Manage all accounting operations including, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Purchasing
• Month-end and year-end close processing and timely financial reporting
• Daily cash management and reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting, including financial cash projections and periodic variance reporting and analysis
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years related experience preferred
• Excellent Excel skills and proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent reconciliation, logistical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, well organized
• Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects, successfully completing on time
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to read and effectively interpret general business documentation
