Accounting Specialist (AP & Expense Management)
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to support our day-to-day financial operations, with a focus on accounts payable, expense management, and month-end close activities.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
Review and audit employee expense reports through Concur, ensuring compliance with internal policies
Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Prepare and manage Sales & Use tax filings and coordinate timely submissions
Partner closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance
Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of SAP and Concur
Detail-oriented with solid understanding of AP processes and financial controls
Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, and internal equity considerations.
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
