• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and relevant software.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate employees in the learning process.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in employees' growth and development.
• Teaching certification or credentials (if required by the company).
