Roles and Responsibilities:
Team Management: Recruit, build, and oversee a team of four members, including one team leader, ensuring the team is always adequately staffed.
Quality Control: Maintain quality control within the team, oversee their Accounting/Tax and Business Plan Preparation Assignments, and ensure that high standards are consistently met.
Project Oversight: Take charge of Accounting/Tax and Business Plan Preparation project assignments given to the team, verifying quality and ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field in English medium with minimum 60% marks. MBA finance preferred.
• Proven experience in Handling Client Accounting /Tax/ Business Plan preparation type of assignments preferably in CA office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a professional work environment.
• Typing speed must be over 40 WPM.
Monthly Incentive Structure for Achieving Team Goals:
Daily Targets: Receive a daily incentive of 150/- if the entire team completes their daily operations.
Weekly Milestones: Earn a weekly incentive of 2000/- if the team achieves their weekly goals.
Monthly Achievements: Attain a monthly incentive of 10,000/- if the team successfully meets their monthly targets.
Team Management: Maintain a team of three members each month, totaling four team members, including the team leader, to receive an additional incentive of 5000/-.
