Responsibilities
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage to manage financial transactions and maintain records.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
Maintain organized financial files and documentation for easy retrieval.
Provide clerical support in various accounting functions as required.
Qualifications
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms is preferred.
Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and analysis.
Previous experience in account reconciliation and analysis is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
A background in accounting or finance is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
