Job Description
Start from team member who work with external accounting firm. After getting expertise from accounting firm's workflow, in 1-1.5 years later there is possibility to challenge build inhouse accounting team in Benesse India.

・Provide financial reports, Cash Flow analysis report, Monthly Report, Profit planning sheet,...etc and interpret financial information to Director and Japanese HQ.
・Coordinates the preparation of the annual financial budget and multi-annual plans.
・Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the budget.
→Not only making report but should be analyze the financial situation by myself and should share feedback to them.
・Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
・Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
・Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
・Responsible for tax declarations and statements.
・Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
・Establish, or Monitor and analyze managerial accounting such as production costing, cost allocation system, inventory valuation method etc...
・Coordinate and complete annual audits.
・Improve systems(Tally) and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
・Establish the training program for subordinates for strengthening the accounts department
Necessary Skills/Experience
・Having experience to create several types of Finance Report using Tally, like a Monthly Report, Cash Flow analysis report, Profit planning sheet by myself.
・Knowledge and Experience of law suits in taxation field.
・PC Skills (Excel (Excel functions), PPT, Word)・self-starter
・PC Skills (Excel (Excel functions), PPT, Word)
・Experience working for a start-up company.
・Flexible mind and good coordination ability with colleagues and customers.
・Knowledge and Experience about SAP/Tally
Preferable Skills/Experience
