Job Overview
We are urgently looking for Commerce/ Accounts Graduates with prior experience of working in Accounts and Admin department for food production company. Having exposure to General Accounting Activities and GST filings, monitoring all outstanding payments of all operational creditors from time to time, including document filing, overseeing the office administration etc. in general.
Job Responsibilities
Audits to be managed and co-ordinated with statutory auditors.
Knowledge of GST filing, taxation and general audit duties.
All statutory requirement.
Handling of Sales and Purchase bills.
Bank reconciliation.
Systematic record of Stock and Daily expenses
Finalization of accounts in Tally ERP + (Sales, Purchase, TDS, Journal entry, Expenses, Bank reconciliation, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet statement)
Recording day to day all business transactions in Tally ERP +
Tally Data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement and preparation of debtors/creditors statements.
Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
Job Requirements
B.com / M.com / Commerce / Accounts graduates.
Having Good working knowledge in MS-Office (word & excel), Tally ERP, GST, TDS etc.
Prefers female candidate
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounts work up to finalization.
Financial Control.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, managing deadlines to meet deadlines and priorities work.
Ability to take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
GST and Tally knowledge is mandatory
