About the Role
In this role, we demonstrate proficiency with concepts and processes analyses possible solutions with moderate level of guidance and direction.
Responsibilities
·Having experience in Transfer Pricing, Arm's length transactions, agreements. Support the monthly schedules consolidation for statutory and tax reporting, and cash flow analysis.
·Supporting GFS team on transaction queries for GST/TDS & coding. Management of invoices pertains to finance and ensure the payment process by GFS on time.
·Preparing and analysis of schedules, reports and posting of journal entries and understanding the impact to the overall financial statements.
·Collaborating and partnering with various functional and business unit departments to give better support to them. Reconciling and reviews higher risk balance sheet accounts including identification, resolution and communication of reconciling items as necessary.
·Building on and strengthen two-way relationships with Finance and business. Documents internal processes, implement improvements to procedures and controls and generally challenges the status quo.
·Supporting the business in the activity from an Accounting & Compliance point of view including accounting, controls, and governance requirements.
Requirements
·Experience in progressive and diverse accounting and financial analysis and have experience in Accounting / Finance.
·Experience in financial technical and excel skills. Awareness of internal controls and Direct & Indirect Tax compliance requirements.
·Experience in interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities with the ability to quickly form working relationships and gain credibility.
·Able to make recommendations on financial actions by analyzing and considering applicable accounting policies.
·Need to be team player and able to work well across different geographies (predominately India/EU/Philippines) and understand the cultural differences.
