Role Description
This role sits in the Founder’s Office and will work closely with the leadership team on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. The role will primarily focus on fundraising (debt and equity), lender engagement, financial analytics, and business performance tracking, while also driving execution on key operational and strategic projects. Your job will include –
A. MIS & Reporting:
· Liaison with finance, accounts and business teams to prepare, analyse and share MIS with internal and external stakeholders on periodic basis.
· Actively track, analyse and share findings on key business, risk, collections and tech related metrics with the founding team.
· Liaison with debt and equity investors on performance reporting, deal closures, documentation and compliance purposes.
B. Fund Raising:
· Closely work with founding team members on raising debt and equity capital. This involves strategizing fund raises, analyzing capital requirements, attending calls, meetings (online/in-person) and actively communicating with external parties for fund raising.
· Prepare and update pitch decks, projections, compliance records to achieve milestones relating to debt and equity fund raising.
· Working on live transactions to ensure closures within timelines
· Tracking post deal compliances until fulfilment.
C. Project Management:
· Tracking multiple projects within the organisation and liaising with relevant teams to ensure progress on the projects within given timelines.
· Such projects may include projects across domains like technology, risk, credit, business, human resources etc.
Qualifications
• Strong financial acumen including proficiency in financial modelling and understanding of financial statements.
• Exceptional ability to think strategically and with first-principals approach.
• Candidate must have bais for action.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and switch between multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate and deal with varied stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure into action.
• Willingness to travel for business requirements
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or CA or a related field
• Not more than 4 years of total work experience.

D. Other Conditions
· Full time, on-site role in Navi Mumbai
· 5 days a week, while Satudays are WFH
